  • 1. Scroll to System Settings and press A.
  • 2. Scroll to System and press A.
  • 3. Scroll to Formatting Options and press A.
  • 4. Scroll to Restore Factory Settings and press A.
  • 5. Scroll down to Next and press A.
  • 6. Wait for a couple of seconds to confirm. Scroll to Restore Factory Settings and press A.
    The console will now turn off and come back to the initial setup screen when finished.
  • 7. After restoring factory settings, the Switch will turn off. Press the Power button to begin a First Time Setup.
