Cannot Sign in to the PSN Network

- 1. From the Home screen Dashboard press Up on the controller.
- 2. Scroll to Settings and press the X button.
- 3. Scroll to Network and press the X button.
- 4. Scroll to Setup Internet Connection and press the X button.
- 5. Scroll to the desired connection type (E.g. Use Wi-Fi) and press the X button.
- 6. Scroll to Custom and press the X button.
- 7. Select the Wifi network you wish to connect to and press the X button.
- 8. Enter your wireless password.
- 9. Press R2 or scroll to Done and press the X button.
- 10. Scroll to OK and press the X button.
- 11. In the IP Address Settings, scroll to Automatic and press the X button.
- 12. In the DHCP Host Name, scroll to Do Not Specify and press the X button.
- 13. In the DNS Settings, scroll to Automatic and press the X button.
- 14. In the MTU Settings, scroll to Manual and press the X button.
- 15. Press the X button.
- 16. Enter the code 1473 and press R2 or scroll to Done and press the X button.
- 17. Scroll to Next and press the X button.
- 18. Scroll to Do Not Use and press the X button.
- 19. Scroll to Test Internet Connection and press the X button.
- 20. You will now be able to connect to the PlayStation Network. Press the Circle button to return to the Home screen.Once you have successfully connected to the PlayStation Network you will be able to change your MTU setting back to 1500.
