  • 1. From the Home screen Dashboard press Up on the controller.
  • 2. Scroll to Settings and press the X button.
  • 3. Scroll to Initialisation and press the X button.
  • 4. Scroll to Restore Default Settings and press the X button.
  • 5. Scroll to Restore and press the X button.
  • 6. Scroll to Yes and press the X button.
  • 7. Press the X button. The PS4 will restart.
