How to add a Microsoft Exchange email account on my Apple iPhone 7
If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Apple iPhone 7 with your work contacts, calendar and email.
1. Touch Settings.
2. Scroll to and touch Accounts & Passwords.
3. Touch Add Account.
4. Touch Exchange.
5. Touch Email.
6. Enter your email address.
7. Touch Description.
8. Enter a short description (e.g., Exchange).
9. Touch Next.
10. Touch Password.
11. Enter your password.
12. Touch Next.
For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
13. Touch Server.
14. Enter the server address.
15. Touch Domain.
16. Enter the domain.
17. Touch Username.
18. Enter your username.
19. Touch Password.
20. Enter your password.
21. Touch Next.
22. Wait while the iPhone verifies your account details.
23. Change the sync settings if desired and touch Save.
24. The email account has been added.
