1. Scroll to settings and press the A button.

2. Scroll to System and press the A button.

3. Scroll to Console Settings and press the A button.

4. Scroll to Startup and Shutdown and press the A button.

5. Scroll to Background Downloads and press the A button.

6. To turn on Background Downloads scroll to Enable and press the A button.

7. Scroll to Yes and press the A button.
