Error 0x21 and Not Reading Discs

Issue:
Console not reading the discs and displaying the error 0x21.

1. Resolution:
Relates to it being a dirty/damaged disc, remove the disc by pressing the Eject button on the front of the console.

2. Press and hold the Power button to turn the console off.

3. Press and hold the Power button again to turn the console on.

4. Re-insert the game into the console, the problem should now be resolved.
