Xbox One

1. Check the network connection.

2. If the network connection is okay, press and hold the Power button on the console for 5 seconds to turn the console off.

3. Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds. This will reset the console's cache.

4. Press and hold the Power button to turn the Xbox on and select Start Update.
