Performing a Hard Reset
1.
Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds while the Xbox One X is on.
2.
The Xbox One X will turn off.
3.
Press the Power button, the Xbox One X will start and display the green start-up screen.
4. Alternatively, power down the Xbox One X by unplugging the console from the mains power and wait for 10 seconds.
5. Plug everything back in and press the Power button to switch back on.
