Ensure the PlayStation is turned off fully.

2. Press and hold the Power button on the front of the console until you have heard 2 beeps. After the second beep, release the Power button.

Connect the controller via the USB cable.

Press the PS button on the controller.

5.

Scroll to Change Video Output and press the X button.

6.

Scroll to Change Resolution and press the X button.

7.

Scroll to OK and press the X button.

8.

Your console will restart. Press the PS button on your controller.

9.

Select a resolution suitable for your TV and press the X button.

Do not select 1080p if your TV is not HD Ready.
