1. From the Home screen, scroll to Settings and press the X button.

Scroll to System and press the X button.

Scroll to System Software.

Press the Right button, then scroll down to Reset Options and press the X button.

Scroll to Restore Default Settings and press the X button.

Enter your console restriction passcode.

The default code is 0000.

7.

Scroll to Restore and press the X button.

8.

Scroll to Yes and press the X button.

9.

The PS5 will restart.
