1. Ensure the PS5 is not in rest mode.

To turn the console on if it has been put into rest mode or turned off, press and hold the PS button.

2. Ensure the HDMI cable is connected.

3. Check the HDMI cable is not damaged.

4. Ensure the sound on the TV is not muted.

5. Check that headphones are not plugged into the controller.

6. The screen resolution may be incorrect.
