No sound through the headset
1.
From the Home screen, scroll to Settings and press the X button.

Scroll to Sound and press the X button.
3.
Scroll to Audio Output.
4.
Press the Right Button, scroll to Output to Headphones and press the X button.
5.
Scroll to All Audio and press the X button.
6.
Press and hold the PS button to exit.
