Power Indicator Flashing Red and Green

Issue:
The console is overheating. This problem is sometimes unresolvable, but ensure the below steps are followed.

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of the console until the LED turns red.

2. Unplug the console and leave for 30 — 60 minutes.

3. Ensure the console is well ventilated. Plug back in to the mains and press the Power button to restart the console.

4. If the problem persists, contact your local retailer.
