Games Freezing or Crashing

Issue:
After being installed, some games may freeze and require a console reboot or may crash to the home screen.

1. From the Home screen Dashboard, scroll to the problematic game.

2. Press the Options button on the controller.

3. Scroll to Delete and press the X button.

4. Scroll to OK press the X button to delete them game.

5. Your game is now deleted, reboot the console before re-installing the game.
