1. Scroll to Friends and press the X button.

2. Scroll to Start and press the X button.

3. To find your friends, scroll to Search and press the X button.

4. Enter the OnlineID of your desired friend into the search box.

5. Scroll to the desired friend and press the X button.

6. Scroll to Send Friend Request and press the X button.

7. To enter a note to send with your friends request press the X button.

8. Enter your note using the on-screen keyboard.

9. Scroll to Send and press the X button.

10. Your request will be sent.
