    From the PS4 Home screen Dashboard, scroll Up on the controller.

    Scroll to Settings and press the X button.

  • 3. Scroll to Account Management and press the X button.

    Scroll to Account Information and press the X button.

    Scroll to Wallet and press the X button.

  • 6.

    Scroll to Add Funds and then press the X button.

  • 7.

    Scroll to Redeem Codes and Gift Cards and press the X button.

  • 8. Enter the code, scroll to Continue and press the X button.
    The content is now assigned to your account and will be added to your Wallet or Download list.
