    Ensure the PlayStation is turned off fully.

    Press and hold the Power button on the front of the console until you have heard 2 beeps. After the second beep, release the Power button.

    Connect the controller via the USB cable.

  • 4.

    Press the PS button on the controller.

  • 5. Scroll to Clear Cache and Rebuild Database and press the X button.
  • 6.

    Scroll to Rebuild Database and press X button.

  • 7.

    Scroll to OK and press X button.

  • 8.

    The new database will be rebuilt. It may take some time depending on how the amount of data stored.
