  • 1. Ensure the PS5 is not in rest mode.
    To turn the console on if it has been put into rest mode or turned off, press and hold the PS button.
  • 2. Ensure the HDMI cable is connected.
  • 3. Check the HDMI cable is not damaged.
  • 4. Ensure the sound on the TV is not muted.
  • 5. Check that headphones are not plugged into the controller.
  • 6. The screen resolution may be incorrect.
