  • Issue:
    After being installed, some games may freeze and require a console reboot or may crash to the home screen.
  • 1. From the Home screen Dashboard, scroll to the problematic game.
  • 2. Press the Options button on the controller.
  • 3. Scroll to Delete and press the X button.
  • 4. Scroll to OK press the X button to delete them game.
  • 5. Your game is now deleted, reboot the console before re-installing the game.
